It is expected that the first of the new National Certificate qualifications
will be registered on the NZQA web site on the 16th of January 2008.
All new trainees will then enter their training at this point.
The Elementary Scaffolding Certificate will be a pre-requisite for the
Intermediate Certificate which will be registered shortly.
